I had a great visit with Dr. Gupta. She is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient, with a great bedside manner. It was a relief to finally get a diagnosis re my ear pain. Her nursing and administrative staff are also helpful and very professional. Busy office, but I had no trouble getting an appointment and good care.

I have been calling Dr Hina Gupta’s office all day to setup an urgent appointment. I was suggested to get an MRI done and since a week I have been trying to see her but the staff at the front desk is super rude. I keep calling and they keep telling me “Dr Gupta will see you when she wants. When she has time to see the report then she will let you know” not when I have sever pain. I have been waiting for her to check my mri and prescribe a treatment. I’m writing this review to get an appointment for my treatment.

My appointment was at 3pm its now 3:52pm and no one has called me. This office is a mess. When I called to make an appointment I was put on hold like 3 times because the front girl had patients coming in like I'm not important. Then while waiting on the phone someone else picked up to ask me the same questions and I refused to provide my info again. I will definitely not be coming back to this office ud83dude12nI advise you to take your day off if you decide to come here. It's now been 1 and 30 mns and I haven't seen the doctor as of yet. This is very upsetting.

I can’t provide a review because I am 55 minutes past my appointment time and there are still 3 people ahead of me. This place is a factory-they stack patients and churn them like cattle with no regard to their time. Definitely not a good patient experience.
