My daughter was a patient up until today. On our first appointment we found a cockroach under a chair in the lobby, we decided to still give the consultation a chance. The doctor is very nice, and Knowledgeable, but the staff!!!! They are the worst.nWe decided to start the braces process, on the first appointment a pipe broke, and they asked us to go home. They then called me a few hours later and asked me to return. When we got back the nurse asked me to wait in my car due to covid. When they finished the nurse walked her over to my car and confirmed the appointment to return in 4 weeks, she gave me a card with the date and said she will see us soon.nToday we arrive at our appointment, the 2 girls at the front were SUPER rude stating i did not have an appointment, they did not apologize for their error, they didnt offer any pleasantries. The doctor then calls me and ask if i can return to the office, adding this is not the first time things like this happen but adding “this is not my practice”. I explain i would return if I received an apology from the 2 receptionist who were beyond rude. I get placed on hold to be told that they told my daughter the appointment was canceled!nAre you kidding me? No formal apology was given! I understand an error can occur. My problem is the way it was handled. Needless to say we will not be returning! If i was you I would look for another orthodontic office, an office where the staff takes accountability and has respect, bedside manners, and more importantly professionalism.

DON’T GO THERE, THEY ARE NOT DOING THEIR JOB IN PROVIDING SAFETY PRECAUTIONS FOR COVID-19. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILDREN AND YOUR HEALTH, DO NOT GO THERE. AFTER I FOUND OUT AND CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT THEY CHARGED ME A FEE EVEN THOUGH I EXPLAINED THAT I’M NOT TOO COMFORTABLE GOING IN THE WAITING ROOM WITH THAT MUCH PEOPLE TO TAKE MY CHILD’S TEMPERATURE. THEY DIDN’T CARE AND PUT ME ON HOLD FOR A LONG TIME, SO RUDE! THEY SHOULD HAVE EVERYONE WAIT IN THE CAR AND CALL OUT ONE AT A TIME TO GET THEIR TEMPERATURE TO PROVIDE SOCIAL DISTANCING, NOT FORCE YOU TO GO IN A TINY ROOM WITH PEOPLE WAITING INSIDE. THE HEALTH EXPERTS ADVICES PATIENTS TO GO TO THE DENTIST FOR ONLY URGENT OR EMERGENCIES NOT FOR CLEANING AND XRAYS, BE EXTRA CAREFUL FROM PLACES LIKE THIS LOCATION, ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE MONEY NOT YOUR HEALTH.

The worst! I don’t recommend this place. If you have other options please consider before going to this place . I went for a consultation with my son for his braces back in July. They told me they needed pre-clearance from the insurance to start treatment and would contact me once obtained. They never got back to me until in mid September and almost 2 months later, I had to call them to find out the status. Upon trying to reach the patient coordinator , I had to call and leave multiple messages before they called me back. I was given an appointment for a month later and finally 2 days before the appointment date they cancelled it and wanted to schedule it for November. When asked if they could accommodate a sooner appointment to make up for the horrible initial customer service, they refused.nVery unprofessional and major lack of care for patients and future patients.

The woman at the front desk has the nerves to hang up the while i was talking . She was rude, I call back 9 times and she did not answer. I will never visit this place because of her she needs to fired after that behavior. but sadly this place im sure will keep her. Good luck
