Let me start by saying I love Dr Knect I think he’s a very competent Dentist. However, he has no control of how the business operates. Two years ago I agreed to have six implants done. Over the next few months four of the implants were installed without any problems. Except for the fact that their billing was inconsistent. I went back and had implants 5&6 installed. A couple days later implant #5 came out. I almost swallowed it. Upon returning to the office they told me the reason the implant came out was do to the fact that I smoke and said I would have to pay (about $2,500 if I remember correctly) to have a larger implant installed. After I disagreed with them they decided that they would absorb the cost of the larger implant. It was installed with no problems. On 3/30/2021 I return to the office with pain at implant number one. As I sat in the dental chair they told me that the implant(#1) has failed due to smoking and it has to be removed at a cost of $590.00. I paid the money and had it removed because I was in a lot of pain. Then they proceeded to tell me that a new implant would be $4800. I

I super highly recommend Dr. Bruce Knecht. He is an excellent dentist. He is not only very good in his profession, he is also very patient, very funny and joyful to be around. His all staff is also very professional and always happy and smiling. I had my front crowns done and I was very worried that they wouldn’t look nice. Very nice & sweet staff. Marion was very honest and didn’t make me feel bad about how I need to have some work done on my teeth. And gave me a discount when my insurance couldn’t cover everything. Amazing. I love it here already & will enjoy coming back for my cleaning :)
