All Care Dental

Sometime in July I went to this dental office. I agree to paid $1295 dollars for some cleaning, fillings & irrigation using my care credit account. The payment for the treatment plan was with 0% APR. I didn’t have any problems with the cleaning but when I went to get the fillings done the hygienist noticed that there were some teeth that weren’t included on the original treatment plan I agreed to pay for. Apparently, the doctor that did the consultation “forgot” to add these two teeth. These people tried to charge me an EXTRA $280 for their MISTAKES & NEGLIGENCE. I was so mad, that they agreed to charge me half of it instead ($140). The dentist that did the fillings waited until they charged my card first before proceeding. Long story short the $140 dollars they charged me were not included in the original treatment plan. They charged the $140 separately which made CARE CREDIT charge 26.99% interest! When I called I got the excuse that they couldn’t do anything on their end because care credit does not allow charges less than $200 dollars to not accrued any interest. What a horrible experience, I’m pretty much paying for their incompetence. Stay away from this place.

This is the first time that I am riding a review to complain about anything, but I feel strongly needed, so what happened to me and my son would not happen again with anyone else.nI was at All Care Dental yesterday accompany my son and to start with , they were one hour and fifteen minutes late. Nobody came to apologize for the delay, a simple attention would be very good .nThey call him to go in and like a year ago , I went in with him and they stopped me right at the door saying that they will take some X-Ray and after that I could go in to stay with him.nNobody came to call me after the X-Ray and the front desk person call me to talk about extra charges that his insurance would not cover (?). She told me that he will needed a mouth rinse and that he needed to purchase with them and the cost was $20,00.nI refuse and asked for the prescription to buy in another place.nAt this time I was very disappointed already because they've lying to me about being able to accompany my son .I insist on being with him and after some minutes I gave them no choice and stay with him.nAfter the procedure was completed I asked for the prescription and took them another 15 minutes to give to me .nToday I went to a pharmacy and guess what? YES , his insurance WILL cover the costs!!!nI am very sorry that I went back to All Care Dental with my son!nWhat a BIG difference First time can make!ud83dude14ud83dude14ud83dude14

I am very nervous a d anxious when I am to go to the dentist. However, I am so comfortable with these dentists that I would recommend all others to go here.nnI have bee there twice an dehe staff is friendly, professional, courteous and am to make your visit end with a smile.nnThanks All Care Dental

I had a wonderful experience today at the office. I went for a tooth extraction and everything was really smooth and painless. The doctor was really patient with me because I was a little nervous. Great job doctor Gordon!!!!

I went to that office with my daughter for some cosmetic work. Less than an hour after we left the office, the filling came out. Poor quality work. Will definitely change dentist.
