Customer service and professionalism is lacking. It's the first time I've ever used their service and the last. It was a replacement of an existing frame and I paid $140 for it. They promised one day, then a week. And when I went to pick it up, they had the hanging cord in the back oriented wrong. They fixed it ... but I'm not giving them any more of my business

Karl was very knowledgeable and creative. He made a fun experience even more exciting with his enthusiasm and patience. I once spent over one hour trying to make design decisions and he demonstrated a rare ability to be both helpful yet unobtrusive. A very interesting man. The prices and selection of prints, canvases, frames and mirrors alone are well worth a visit. Unfortunately the location and storefront appearance are VERY misleading. Give Karl a call
