I have been working with Emily to help me correct a VERY old shoulder injury. Emily is phenomenal! I have a much better range of motion and much less discomfort. Chronic muscle, joint pain...go see Emily, don't wait! May 2020.

Emily knows the human body and how it moves. Being a personal trainer and living an active life I need to be able to move efficiently and pain free and she has helped me with both of those things! I highly recommend Emily not only for her knowledge and expertise of how the body moves, but she is a great person, extremely friendly and goes out of her way to help you reach your goals.

As a distance runner, soccer referee and golfer, I would end up at a chiropractor 3 or 4 times a year to have my hips adjusted. Emily was able to identify the muscles that needed to be activated and/or strengthened to keep my hips in line and provided me a set of exercises to activate and strengthen the muscles to hold my hips in place. I have not been to a chiropractor in over 8 months. When my hips do start aching, due to over exertion or doing too much of some activity I'm not used to, I am able to self treat, with an increase in the frequency of doing the exercises. Emily is truly a master of her craft and a wonderful healer.
