Beachside Physical Therapy

I went to Beachside PT on Eau Gallie Blvd in Indian Harbor Beach because I had several herniated disk in my lower back. After approximately 6 weeks of therapy, the difference was like night and day. I felt 100% better than my first day there. Peter Renz was my primary therapist, but the entire staff seemed to be concerned about my, and every patient's well being. Everyone there deserves a 5 star rating, and I can't thank them enough.

I have a Doctor friend who warned me about this place, and I should've listened to him. This is not a Florida-based company, and you're sending your dollars to the California headquarters. At first glance, that wouldn't be so bad, but they run a very unethical front desk.nnFor example, after attending 8 physical therapy visits, I asked the front desk for receipts so that I could expense the charges to a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for my healthcare. The front desk wouldn't provide me with receipts detailing things like who the patient was (i.e., myself), how much was paid, and what was done during the visit.nnThis is required by law, yet the lazy people at the front desk denied providing these to me simply because they didn't want to or didn't know how. It's been a nightmare and a lot of time spent just trying to get documentation of my visits there.
