Had to stop using CVS pharmacy completely. They NEVER contact you if they cannot fill your script. God forbid you need a script when you go to pick it up just to find out they haven't even ordered it yet. Seriously!!!! If you need a prescription before surgery, forget about it and reschedule your procedure because CVS won't be able to get it to you in time. I wish that this was a one time mistake. But sadly, it happened over and over again... Every member of my family had at least two prescriptions not available days after dropping off or having it called in DAYS before!

Lately this pharmacy has really devolved their customer service. The RPh’s are always professional and helpful but the staff is always running around flustered and they make frequent mistakes. Often, it has taken 24-48 hrs to get a script REfilled. Gone are the days of waiting 15-20 minutes for a refill. I have to call in a couple days in advance for new fills. Often, I’m on hold for over 15 mins and I get hung up on when they pick up the phone and reset my Hold time. I think the root of the issue is Corporate. They always want more with less. I don’t work there so I’m speculating about that. But I wouldn’t be surprised when I see 1 RPh and 1 tech running the pharmacy when it’s a work day at 5:30pm.
