Website isn't really good, wouldn't save information fully and seems a bit patchwork'd and obtuse in places. However upon calling got greeting by a very vocal and helpful lady. Managed to get the whole process done in a few minutes once I called and have just received my tags for my two darlings in the mail today before the full time they told me passed. Overall pretty good experience!

I adopted a female cat 3 years from the facility on Cox road. They did not tell me about the license structure or about required vaccines. Then, the County is farming out their license renewals to this place where you have to go online, create an account and pay by credit card. This results in much more expense at tax payer dollars. I sent in my renewal with check and almost 2 weeks later I get a letter in the mail with my check that they require that my cat be vaccinated for rabies. The cat stays indoors, never goes outside and has a lot of windows to view the outdoors. This Pet champ doesn't care about that. They only care about getting proof of the vaccine and then my money. Everybody gets their money and my wallet is a whole lot lighter. If they really cared about the animals, they would offer low cost exams and vaccines that are affordable for everyone. We rescued to help, and we are the ones that are getting hurt.

My Vet as a courtesy provided pet licenses with no additional fees. This Petchamp made it so complicated for my Vet to do the Licensing, so they aren’t doing it no more. There is now a $1.95 fee for online or over the phone Pet licenses. I can drive 60 miles round trip to not have to pay this fee. Is Petchamp going to give me gas money to go there in person.
