They won't let you rent a cap and gown for graduation. Something that will be useless after graduation and only worn the one time. Cost is $83 and change. What a rip off! You can go online to Amazon a purchase a cap and gown for under $23. And lets not even forget the class rings! They sell fake jewelry for up to $600+!! Are you serious!! I got my daughter a REAL class ring from Walmart for $100.

Very Unhappy Customer! Tried to contact the company over a month ago just got through last week to try and get a refund due to the COVID-19 pandemic and was told that because the school is having a virtual graduation they will not do a refund. I don't think it's fair to force something on someone that will not be using it. I would definitely not recommend doing this again! Ever! Could only go as low as a 1, overwise I'd have chosen 0! Definitely not good customer service!

I've been trying to contact this company for about a week regarding my daughters college graduating ring. It appears as shipped but no tracking number, no way to contact them by phone, chat, social media, email or any other way. N answer and no information. This looks pretty bad and I starting thinking about a scam. WHERE IS THE RING I PURCHASED?

I spent so much money on my cap and gown and let me tell you its not even worth it. Everything on their website is overpriced and the quality of the material is not even good.

Congenial. Nothing fancy but helpful staff did me a free ring gauge size for a special need.
