There are many title companies to choose from in Brevard County, but none as exceptional as Renee at The Closing Place. Her unrelenting commitment to seeing the difficult process through to closing with an overseas seller, answering our questions(buyers) and ensuring that every single process/piece of paperwork/ and step were taken absolutely perfectly. Also, most of these places operate as strictly a 9-5. Not Renee. Renee was available anytime I called, after hours and even before hours. She is the most dedicated title professional I have ever worked with. If you are an agent, a buyer and especially a seller, you should ask for Renee. Closing these deals can be a delicate balance and dance, therefore you need a top notch professional like her on your side. Thank you so much!
