From the initial assessment from Rob to the application and then follow up by Josh , Slug a Bug has been first rate in every way! Easy to communicate with, accommodating, knowledgeable and professional. I could go on, but the 4.9 * speaks for itself. It’s rare these days to find such a quality company that does things right the first time. Slug A Bug , funny name but great results . No hesitation to recommend them . Keep up the good work , and don’t change your staff!!
We were very satisfied with our service from Slug-A-Bug. The assessment was quick and several services were suggested, but it was nice to have the choice to add and subtract to create our treatment plan. Kyle (I think that was his name) was awesome and always called the day before he came out. He was very quick and efficient each time. The treatments he applied kept our house 99% ant free and our dog 100% flea free (praise Jesus!). I'm sure he sprayed for other things as well, but I can't remember because we haven't seen any pests since getting started with our bi-monthly plan. Also I was always late paying the bill because of the craziness going on in our house over the past year (so glad 2020 is over!), but I was never bombarded with calls. Just a few friendly reminders every now and then, and I appreciated that the late fee wasn't too much. I would recommend Slug-A-Bug's services to everyone. Five stars all around!

The technician is friendly and professional BUT they walk on my carpet with their dirty shoes on. There’s mud left on my carpet and I have to do deep cleaning after service. It’s better if they can wear disposable shoe covers before entering my house. Thank you.
Awesome Service, on time, always professional and we have never saw any bugs in our home.nnWould recommend them for pest control. Our service guy Keith was always nice and did an excellent job.
