Stark Exterminators

Had 2 other companies come out to my house for suspected rats. One of the companies wanted to charge a ton of money for rats, and possibly squirrel, the second came out and had no idea what it was, suspected it was rats. I had John White from Stark Exterminators and he looked at the location where they are getting in, checked the attic thoroughly, noticed some faint noises that sounded like birds and then mentioned bats and I recalled seeing a dead one in my yard a few days ago and even he went and checked the feces in the opening and he confirmed it was bats by the smell. It is with genuine enthusiasm that we recommend Stark Exterminators! Chris and Shannon did a thorough, professional job of assessing trouble areas, including the perimeter around the house, the attic, and the back patio. They treated all areas, looking for entry points and advising on how we could improve results. They also offered up additional services with quotes should the need arise to add them to the contract. We saw very few remaining bugs after the initial treatment and a week later we're seeing none. Thank you--money well spent.

We have Stark come quarterly to spray and annually for an inspection to keep our termite bond current. The technician that comes is always friendly and helpful without trying to sell me products I don't need.

Great service every time. Guys that come out are always friendly and personable. Shannon is awesome, he always takes his time to explain everything and is patient answering questions. Prices are fair and we haven't had any pest issues since signing up for their service.nnI also appreciate how obvious it is that they're taking COVID precautions seriously. As a Safety Manager who has been very involved in my own company's COVID response procedures, I'm impressed to see how diligent each STARK employee is about putting on a clean pair of gloves before handing anything over, wearing a mask, and still staying at least 6 feet away while discussing our options.nnDefinitely recommend this company if you want outstanding service from a place that cares about both their customers and employees!
