Anchor Painting is the company you want to hire for your painting needs. They were responsive to our request for proposal (8 building complex), spent a great deal of time with us reviewing all our needs and answering questions regarding the products used, process for completing the job and set expectations for the work to be performed. They were punctual, professional and provided a quality product. They went above and beyond to address every issue brought to their attention. They also provide a guarantee of their workmanship. Our HOA hired Anchor Painting to do three phases of painting 189 homes and clubhouse in Pine Creek subdivision this year and I was on the Paint Committee working closely with Anchor Painting. They completed Phase 1 and painted 71 houses plus the clubhouse and monuments in 40 days. This company is the absolute best in Florida. We were extremely pleased with their professionalism, timeliness, organization ability, quality of work, efficiency, integrity, honesty and reliability. Ryan Bonner, the owner, and his entire staff are great to work with and make sure the customer is satisfied with the finished product. The price was outstanding and the entire staff were hands-on throughout the project.
