Dr. Horn truly cared for and loved his patients. I was informed that he had passed away in Gainesville on March 17th, 2021 and the office was closing. The office staff, Dawn and Amy were family and did a fantastic job. Dr. Horn will be missed by many family and friends. May he rest in peace. God Bless.

I have been a patient of Dr. Horn's for 9years. If you are looking for a physician in this field, I would disregard any negative reviews. He absolutely helps people in need and yes, he is old school :) The best kind of docs! Most doctors barely look you in the eye and really could care less. He is attentive, kind and will usually make you laugh even when you're not feeling well! As for his staff, they ARE trained, kind, considerate and do work with you in any way they can!!

His office staff, consisting of one person, is either untrained or past caring. I have spent 5 weeks trying to get an appointment and was then refused. After lieing repeatedly, when confronted she accused me of hiding the fact I was in opioid treatment. I was upfront about everything, with proper training she would have taken more time to listen. Now the doctor refused me bcuz she made a mistake and blamed me. When your whole staff is one person and she doesn't give a damn about patients, well it's no wonder they are barely open 3 days a week. Stay away they take no insurance, charge high cash prices unless you have Medicare. I'm 42 and can barely walk from pain. A simple fix, I've had 2 nerve ablation's done at the back center and when the nerves grew back it has been pure torture everyday. I'm using walker every morning for the first hour. I'm losing the ability to walk by dinner time. My family depends on my job and I'm on the verge of losing it. Thank Dr. Horn.. STAY AWAY

I have been a patient of Dr. Horn for over 10 years. Nothing I could type here can even begin to describe how wonderful this Doctor is. I can think of dozens of times thru the years when he has gone above and beyond. He will work with you and find the right treatment that works for you.nHe and his staff truly do care for their patients!

Dr Horn is old school..he listens, takes TIME w/ You & actually TRULY CARES about his patients..wish more Drs were like him..the medical profession would be a better place that's for sure.
