Beachside Smiles Pediatric Dentistry

I feel as if I struck gold by finding this dental practice, everyone from the receptionist, hygienist and doctor were AMAZING and so very kind. My kids and I are new to town and we left an amazing dentist in south Florida. Well the dentist was amazing until I found Dr Robison. She assessed my kids beyond just their teeth, and pointed out a separate concern (which as a parent I totally appreciated!) she was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. The hygienists were excellent with my kids, this was the first time my five year wasn’t scared at the dental office.

The staff and dental professionals at this practice are second to none! My son has always had a fear of the dentist, and even with one of his first visits being a big procedure, he still had a great experience! (He was especially excited for the tooth fairy surprise afterwards!) Thank you for making what could’ve been a scary visit a wonderful one!

Parents READ THIS!nnGoogle lead me to this children’s dental office. I am new to the area and wow Google really delivered on this one! This is hands down the best children’s dental office I have ever been in. We have two primary school aged girls and they were afraid of going to the dentist.nnThat all changed the second we walked into their office and the girls saw monitors with the movie Frozen playing on them. They then found a quiet room with a projector floor gaming system they could jump on and get their wiggles out before seeing the dentist. This was all just a bonus and also settled the girls tenseness.nnWhen they were called into the back for their check up and cleaning they were asked to show the dental assistance how they brush their teeth and had a special red dye applied so the staff can understand how the girls are doing with their teeth brushing. They then reviewed their finding with the girls and I. Simply brilliant!nnEach dental chair had a monitor on the ceiling with a movie playing so the girls were distracted and they got to sit side by side and get cleanings at the same time.nnThe staff was all very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Our kids were at ease and shockingly weren’t ready to leave when we were done!nnIcing on the cake the dentist was top notch. She was empathetic, explained everything in detail and discussed with our girls how to best care for their teeth and why we need to do the recommended work.nnUpon leaving the office the desk attendant gave us our appointment reminder plus documents stating the total cost for the visit, what insurance covers and what our out of pocket cost was. She also let us know our remaining deductible and total insurance value left for dentistry for the year.nnNeedless to say I am totally floored and overjoyed at this professionalism of this office. I can’t give a better recommendation than this office. They are such a joy to have in our community.

Dr. Robison and all her staff are great. I have been taking my two daughters since last year and always had great customer service and they took care of an emergency dental work promptly. They always keep the place cold. Highly recommend.

They were attentive and professional yet exceptionally personal with my family, and every part of her plan was clearly communicated.
