Nancy was very nice and patient with us. She provided complete and detailed information, costs alternatives, etc.
Understaffed and slow. Why should I go through all the registering on the app rigamarole only to have to stand in line for half an hour while the one guy working here takes his time working through the three groups ahead of me.
I was leery on using this location, based on the Google reviews I had read, but as it was a necessity to rent a truck, I needed to give this location a chance. Nick is who answered my call each time and he couldn't have been more polite or professional each time we spoke. I mentioned how my experience wasn't lining up with the reviews and he did say that he was brought in a month a ago...which adds up. I think there was an issue previous to Nick's arrival and UHaul recognized it and made a correction. All good on our experience and when needed, we will return!
