Great people that deliver quality service at a reasonable price. I took my car into a dealer for a recall, and they told me it needed several repairs and quoted me prices. I called Tracy’s and they quoted me around the same on some repairs and much cheaper on others. I took it in and it took them a couple of days to repair some things on the car except for the rear struts. They said it would take a week for the struts to come in. After a week I called about the struts, and they did they were never ordered, so they ordered them and that it would take another week. I waited and I had to call again instead of getting a call I was expecting to see if they were in. They came in on a Thursday. I was moving out of state on a Saturday, so I needed the car repaired no later than end of day Friday. I told them such and they said they would have it done sometime Friday. I drive there and drop off the car first thing in the morning. I call several times during the day asking about the status and I get a response similar to it’ll be the next one in”. I’m busy packing to move and so I forget until about a half hour before closing and I get a call saying they were busy and didn’t get around to it and when I’d like to reschedule. I would imagine after waiting nearly three weeks for a part, I’d be first in line, but I guess not. Overall, not very good communication, but reasonable prices and good work. I’d recommend google here if you can wait and be severely disappointed over a long amount of time. Maybe you’ll get lucky and get in quickly though too.

My brakes gave out on a road trip and I called Tracy’s for last minute help and they SAVED ME. They asked me on the phone what has happened before I even went in and already had an idea of 2-3 things that could be the problem. They put in a last minute order for me and did the work as quickly as they could. Customer service is awesome, friendly and straightforward. I would recommend this shop to anyone!

Sticking to the facts, so I can alert other vehicle owners. I consider this a public review, and I’d want to know if it happened to someone else. Took my truck to Tracy’s auto in Heber. Told them it was shifting hard, making a clanking noise, and that my trailer lights didn’t work. Check engine lights were on. Took them two days to let me know it was a ujoint and engine coil, as well as a bad fuse for the lights. Another day to replace those. I picked it up after hours (and therefore didn’t have any to explain to me why the check engine lights were all still on), paid the bill ($105 for a fuse?!?) and drove the truck exactly 30 miles (I have odometer reading on invoice and when it seized). The engine seized, and the truck had to be towed. After asking other mechanics to diagnose it, they said there’s no way any mechanic should have missed that the engine was seizing, because of the clanking noise it was making. They told me it should never have left the shop, and was unsafe to drive. I called Tracy’s auto back and explained to them what had happened. I asked that since my truck was now salvage material, would they be willing to refund the labor only and meet in the middle, since I paid $557 for a truck that didn’t make it 30 miles down the road. I thought meeting in the middle was reasonable. They said no. They wouldn’t be willing to refund anything.

Made an appointment 2 days in advance and dropped my car off hours early to find that they didn’t even look at it. Waste of time. Had important repairs that had to be put off for another day because of their lack of pride for their work. Do not waste your money. Point S does a better job plus they don’t waste your time with lies.

DO NOT USE!!!! What can I say, but avoid this shop. They are a scam. We are from Colorado and had issues with our Jeep that was under Technet warranty. This is why we chose this shop to take our Jeep to. They told me my oil pump was bad and charged my diagnostics, but could not get part in time. Towed Jeep back to Colorado to find out they never checked the pressure as charged for. I called for a refund since I was charged for something they didn't do. Then the lady I talked to was a real B and told me to go ahead and write a bad review, she was tired of talking to me, instead of refunding my $50. If we would have waited for them to get the part and replace it, we would have still been stranded in Utah because they never diagnosed the issue. All I wanted was a $50 refund for a job, my shop said there was no way they could have done because the seal wasn't disturbed.
