They approved me. Three long years later. But I guess it was worth the wait. I just hope when I do move I won't have a problem with people not accepting me because I am a women of color
I have been on the waiting list since 2017. No one answers the phone ever. They say check the website Waitlistcheck.com but periodically my names disappears and reappears as if I'm not on the waiting list or I am on the waiting list. The one time i went to the office i was turned around and told they couldn't help me before they knew why i was even there in the first place. Is there any way to get some answers. All i need is quality housing for myself and my family.
Simply called for information.The rep had me in tears with her sarcasm and rudeness.Seemed to sound as if laughing at my crying.All I wanted was information not to be made fun of.nnSo to update the head supervisor called me back and is resolving the issue I hope.Tried to fill out an application and it kept coming back not completed when I know full well otherwise.Checked the BBB website this business is not accredited by the BBB.nnCalled again (Jan 06,2020)as the website was not working it kept kicking me out..I did receive a call back and informed it was my fault and I should try another computer such as at the library. Kicked me out there too.
Year after year I have tried to get the WHA to care for their property with little results. The property is poorly manage and left to neighboring residents to either maintain or complain. I had to select at least 1 star in order to post this, but it isn't worth one star.
They are closed on Wednesday so don't take the drive you will be dissapointed. No matter how long you have been waiting they will not disclose where you are in a list as a result of so many people being confused with the process and I suppose hassling them. It can be frustrating to not have any idea how long it will take. Even if there was at least a way to call and talk to someone if you have questions would be extremely helpful.
