As an agent in the office, I Believe that this is the best Brokerage to work for, They treat you like family, the staff are all informed and are super helpful. They want you to do more business and one example is Their Transaction Coordinator Maria; she is the best! She will make your life as an agent a cake walk. She made my recent buyer side deal stress free and made sure everything was done, done correctly, all to make sure that I got paid promptly. Hands Down! I recently joined RE/MAX Advantage in Ocean City as an agent under the office manager Elaine Davidson of Davidson Beach Group. RE/MAX Advantage, both locally and on a larger scale consist of the kindest, most helpful and knowledgeable co-workers out there. It has been an absolute pleasure working with every division inside of the company. It is very evident that everyone here truly cares about each other and their clients equally, treating them with respect and honesty. This brokerage operates as a family, and a very productive one at that.

Anyone will tell you that I'm a good Realtor but a lousy tech person. So I am doubly impressed with Maria's patience and ability to quietly show me the ropes with Dot Loop and all the other amazing technology ReMax has available for its agents. Having it available and knowing how to use it are two different things.
