Zero still waiting to hear from them. Over 6 weeks still no unemployment

Have been waiting to speak to someone since 8am. It’s been more than 2 hours and still on hold, on a Monday morning. Awful.

Horrible experience...literally made it impossible to stay on unemployment longer than 2 weeks without a threat of termination. The person that directs the calls need a serious class in public relations.

I hate talking to machines, they just.wont tell me .
