Westway Electric Supply

I placed an order for light bulbs that were needed for my business. After weeks with no response, I e-mailed them to get an ETA on my order. Only then was I advised that the item was on backorder and it would be a few more weeks. We waited a few more weeks and are now at more than 60 days since the order was placed and they canceled my order and will not fulfill it. I'd find another supplier and would not recommend this business. Looks like they have quite a few other 1 star reviews also, should have looked at their reviews before trusting they'd fulfill the order on time, or at all.

I gave 5-star rating for my first experience with Westway Electric Supply. Good prices and excellent service. I sent an e-mail to learn about delivery date of the packages that were going to be shipped directly from manufacturer. Very speedy service and help I got from Kathleen put Westway Electric Supply at the top of list for my electric related purchases. Thanks to Westway Electric Supply and especially my thanks to Kathleen.

Westway was terrific in solving a problem. I hunted for an uncommon bulb, and only two sources with in-stock were found (others indicated discontinued). One was Westway and I ordered. The bulbs (Westinghouse) were poor quality cf. prior ones, almost knockoffs. Westway found the original bulbs, they arrived and are fine Everything worked out because Westway pitched in and helped greatly. Thank you, Westway!.

Huge restocking fee! Better be sure what you want. The size of the fixture didn't work for me and I'm eating 35% restocking and shipping it back. Next time, I'll buy local.

I am very satisfied with my dealing with Westway Electric. Long story short, I replaced a few toggle switches with automatic timer switches that were located in multi gang boxes. When I went to replace the wall plate to accommodate the new timers, I could not find the required matching ones anywhere. After scouring the internet for the brand/model I needed I found Westway, who despite it being such a small order (three wallplates) kept me up to date on the status of my order and got it to me much quicker than I expected. I will definitely go back to them again next time the need arises!
