Where to begin with all the lies we were told by Jack. We dropped our boat off in March thinking we were getting an early start and would have our boat back in plenty of time for the summer. We were told it would be done April 15th HAHAHA ! That was just the first lie! On april 15 we called to see if we could come get it. We were told the engine was tore apart and Jack fed us a whole story of all the machine work that needed to be done to the motor. He said it would be anther 10 days (lies 2 & 3). So we gave him 2 weeks and tried calling again (MULTIPLE times) he wouldn’t answer our calls! When I finally got ahold of him he told me he couldn’t get parts because of Covid. I checked with my mechanics at work the following Monday and texted Jack I could get him the parts through work! All of a sudden the parts would be there any day (lie 4&5). Then again weeks went by he couldn’t be reached or call us back. My wife finally called the middle of may (he didn’t know her phone number yet so answered) he told her he would work on it that week so we could have it for memorial weekend (yet another lie)! After that the only way to reach him was using a phone we hadn’t called on before. After a couple visits to the shop and numerous attempts to reach him I spent Father’s Day weekend driving to Heber where I found my boat at the back of the lot completely untouched oh all except for the exhaust manifold which had been stolen off of it! I took my boat down the mountain to General Marine who had a new motor in it and all work done in 3 weeks! It would have been faster they just had to wait for the motor to arrive. We were able to salvage the last of the summer thanks to General marine NOT Jack! Oh don’t even get me started on getting your down payment back!

This business will take your money and not provide guaranteed services. i took my boat to this business for a new engine in early May and finally after several broken promises had to pick it up after sitting untouched with the exception of being left uncovered. and yes it was delivered to the buisiness covered. Now i i have a boat i have to have cleaned due to being neglected at this business sight, i have to try to recoup my $3,500 cash deposit which i actually requested in June and this owner is stating that "LAW" says he has 30 days. When does it make sense that when fraud occurs and the fraudlent individual gets to hide behind the law. He will take your money and not provide any services. I was told that this shop is "Where boats go to die". Please look up the business owner's history before going to this shop. BUYER BEWARE

Don’t bring your things to these guys. They don’t repair, communicate, or do anything really. Completely unreliable and after waiting three weeks we gave up and picked up our repair.

Wasn't to happy with services provided

These guys did a great job! Had some work done on my honda 650L and they did a great job. I also had a buddy have them do a 350 for him for his boat and that thing is great! They sure know their engines. My mom had them do her engine for her jeep and they really brought that thing to life! These guys sure know their engines and do a great job. Great experience
