State Farm Insurance Matt Bodson

My husband and I have had our home and auto insurance with State Farm in Ozark for almost 30 years. Wouldn’t change anything . Melissa is the sweetest. Since day one she has always went out of her way to help us with anything we have ever needed. You can always count on her to go above and beyond. It will be forever appreciated.

I have been with Matt Bodson State Farm for a few years and they have been very helpful anytime I had a question our concern. We recently purchased a fifth wheel travel trailer and on the second camping trip I tore the membrane on the roof and had to file a claim. State Farm was very quick on the claim process and getting us back to camping.

I have been disappointed with StateFarm in my area of Arkansas. I make payments via mail and they do not reflect on the online site often stating my payment is overdue. Any change in policy takes weeks or months. Any change in policy or payment is rarely reflected on my online mortgage company. Complaints go unrecognized by representatives because the online site is completely different than the home office. One side doesn't know what the other is doing and the customer support uses it as an excuse not to do anything. The policy is a good one but with no customer support it's not worth it.
