Great first experience! I'm from California out here for work with a new insurance through my company. I needed to come in to repair a broken tooth and they assisted me with all my options and did a temporary fill same day because I was only out here for a few days. They even wrote me a general referral for a root canal because I travel all around the mid west and stay a few days to a few weeks so that was nice. The ladies at the office were very friendly, polite and professional, and even answered all my questions.

I am one of “those” people who hate the dentist. Never in my life would I have imagined I would be giving a dentist a positive review...although it is 2020 so.........nAnyway, I am SO happy I chose to try the Waukesha Aspen clinic. The staff was kind, friendly, gentle, and professional. I’m just overall impressed with the staff and technology. Although I’m not looking forward to the work ahead of me, I actually feel confident that they won’t be torturing me when I return!

My appointment was very rushed, the whole time I felt like they were trying to finish my appointment as quickly as possible. I had a chipped tooth so I had lots of questions and it felt like I was inconveniencing them. In my opinion the worst part was when it came to billing. I was quoted $3k, after hearing that number I told the sales person that I'm going to explore other options. She then writes down on a recipe card the name of a service that will take more money off my bill. She also tells me that she's not supposed to give me this info. What would have happened had I not balked at the price and just accepted the $3k. Why are employees told to not share money saving info with customers. This is a terrible company.

I have reviewed this office in the past but am happy to again. Went in for a routine cleaning / check up and told of how I was having trouble with the crown over my 5 year old implant. I was told Dr. Teske would look over my case and they would get back to me with an estimated cost. Call came today and they will cover my procedure and new crown free of charge. I have been asked why I go to this dentist instead of one practically outside my front door and my answer is the same. This staff has always been professional, courteous and prompt. No reason to fix what is not broken.
