Top notch outfit here! I put in an online order. Was contacted in a few days with status update and given a timeline to build my Rock Sliders. Rock Sliders were shipped with the most care I have ever seen anything shipped. The product was super nice and just what I was looking for in a Rock sliders. I cannot recommend them enough and thank you for the awesome parts. The rock sliders are heavy and we'll coated. Due to the nature of the product I will have to add paint over time to keep them in good shape but other wise I don't see myself having any issues with the sliders. The customer service was nice. I was able to use the online tool for status updates. I simply typed in my order number and waited an update from a live person. Not bad for a small ma and pa shop.

Very nice quality rock slider, fit my 2019 Cherokee perfectly. They arrived packaged like mummies in foam and plastic with not a mark. They look great and will stand up to anything you dare to slide over or around ;)

I ordered a set of “Kicker” rock sliders from Rocky Road Outfitters. I received them in just three days after they were completed. They were extremely well packaged and well protected from any shipping damage. Once up-wrapped I was impressed with the quality of the welds, bends and overall finish. The instructions were clear and concise. The installation video posted on there website was also immensely helpful. The pre-punched mounting holes lined up perfectly, this made the fitting and mounting quick and easy, total time was just under one hour. Overall, the quality of craftmanship, materials and finish were excellent. The staff at Rocky Road were Knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. I recommend their products and service. every word they are say is lie... when i place an order, it was 4 weeks lead time.. after 6 weeks, after 10 weeks, after 12 weeks. they took money 3 month a head and enjoy it. now refund without any apology.. never seen this kind of business in my life.

Do not spend your hard earned money and give it to these people. They do not care about your nor do they care about their own products. They don't even respond to emails or phone calls, let alone get your items to ship in an acceptable time.
