Proven Moto was a top notch experience start to finish. Matt underpromised and over delivered. The shop is spotless and gives you confidence from the moment you walk in. My bike was a bit of an outlier from what he normally works on but he tackled it with enthusiasm, found the parts, and made the repairs ahead of schedule and on budget. My bike came back clean (who does that anymore), roaring, and ready to go. Then on pick up he even spent a few minutes going over maintenance tips with me to avoid future issues. Chelsea was a great communicator through the whole process and made sure there were zero financial surprises. Can't recommend Proven highly enough.
Matt and Chelsea are awesome to work with. I've never had my bike worked on by someone with such knowledge and customer service. Dont bother bringing your bike to your average half knowledgeable, slow mechanic. Let Matt do great work with a fast turn around.
Matt and Chelsea are the nicest people you will ever meet, honest good people, normally I do my own work with no problems, but something went wrong and I needed a set of experienced eyes, Matt has worked for well known race teams in the passed and did really awesome work with my motor in a timely and efficient manner. Made me feel like I was his most important customer. I will definitely will be back in the future.
