Extremely disappointed with the store. I went to exchange leggings for a smaller size but didn’t have tag. So I went home to get it after the lady told me she could exchange if I had the tag. Went back to store and the lady took them back but it took forever and they told me they couldn't exchange them. I felt very judged by the employee and not welcomed at all. The disrespect from the employees is not acceptable and was not treated well in store!
Employee was incredibly rude and snickered when I asked what size she’d recommend. So disappointed.
Clothing is top quality but it wouldn't be what it is without the knowledgeable friendly staff. Is pricey but worth it for the quality you you receive.
The staff were extremely rude and made me feel unwelcome. As soon as I walked in I could feel being stared at and judged after waiting in a line for over a half an hour disclaimer the woman outside was extremely nice .As a high school athlete I buy tons of products from lululemon but unfortunately will not be returning to the Brookfield location.
Highly disappointed in this store.nnDrove one hour to this store and on the way here called TWO times, first about how late they are open since it is labor day and second about if they take cash or not. They did not mention there was a wait list to get into the store. It was 5:00 and they closed at 6:00, they continued to kick us out and say we couldn’t go on the waitlist because there was a 30 minute wait (which we would’ve waited for since we drove an hour to get here). Not impressed at all and have had bad experiences with workers being judgy.
