Janelle is simply the best! She has planned several of our Sandals vacations over the past serval years and always makes everything seamless. From flights to hotels to off-site adventures she has the answers. When we have questions prior to booking she always is prompt with her responses. Janelle goes above and beyond our expectations and is always spot on with additional info or suggestions. Even due to the current Covid-19 restrictions and cancellations she has spent additional time to make sure we were credited a down payment. We love Sandals but we love the way Janelle takes care of us more. We definitely will be using Janelle to book our next Sandals vacation.
Janelle recently assisted us when our 2021 cruises on Carnival were canceled. She communicated with us quickly and worked immediately to look for other options. We eventually booked a back-to-back cruise in 2022, and she was able to seamlessly transfer our previous payments over to the new cruises. It's great to have a travel advisor like Janelle who helps to make our vacations worry-free!
Janelle has done a great job for us. Finding the best resorts, getting better pricing than we could ourselves, and when COVID hit, making sure we did not lose money on a trip we had to cancel. She is way better than the experiences we have had booking things online, and less expensive too..
Janelle is absolutely amazing. My family and I have booked a few trips with her over the last couple years. Her attention to detail and making sure that we are aware of everything that’s going on, is top notch!n.nShe is both professional and personal, which is a great combination. We had to cancel our Disney trip in March due to Covid. We were going to lose travel credits and Janelle came up with a new plan for us to still have a vacation, which we will be leaving for October 21 in Florida. She and her family do so much traveling that she has experienced a lot of places, and can give good recommendations.
