Chris was awesome, no problems and a job well done. 8 years ago I bought a grange door springs and the gentleman that sold it to me gave me the information I needed to install it my self. This time I had Geis install new springs and was very reasonable and done professional. Thank u again for a job well done. I would recommend them always.
Would have been 5 stars till my child had a metal shaving in his foot from the lack of clean up. I went and got a magnet wand and found a lot of metal shavings that were left behind. Extremely disappointed and no sense of urgency to come and clean up even after letting them know that we were lucky i was able to pull the metal shaving from my child's foot.
Outstanding service from GEIS Garage Doors. FAST service, within a couple hours of our call, professional, courteous, efficient and knowledgable. 'Chris' with Geis is outstanding, and helped me above and beyond by correcting a problem with the range of our garage openers. This had nothing to do with our service call! Chris went above & beyond to solve the problem, and I wasn't charged for his expertise. Their slogan is accurate, Don't think twice, call Geis. I whole heartedly agree! Thank you!
The best service I have received in a long time. I had called a couple other garage repair places, none nearly as friendly and helpful. They came out and got the job done right away.
