If I could give zero stars I would. Every time I put an online order through this place makes the food wrong. Making my food inedible. Extremely inconvenient, can’t credit me back money because the owners only able to do so when they are around. “We can give you a free sub next time” no thanks. I don’t want your wrongly made sandwiches every time.
Good subs and friendly service. The cheese curds are the bomb
Normally very good, poor customer service. I guess I shouldnt expect it, but it wouldnt take much to say thank you, and how may I help you. To say nothing is a bad impression. I am a long time customer of Cousins. Most locations are great. Manners are not taught much anymore, but can go a long way.
One of my favorite cousins. The staff is really friendly and efficient. The restaurant is always clean.
I don't get out here often as my house is gluten free. It still is a good value sandwich shop.--- review edited guess what subs are now available as bowls. I have not tried them yet but that is a huge plus for my celiac family.
