My friend and I were vacationing in Midway, UT and my friend had a dental emergency and needed Molar extraction. We used yelp to look up a nearby dentist and found Dr Dorrough with Heber City Dental. I went to website and saw the Dr had over 24 years of experience and thought he would be the best fit. We called office to make appointment and the office was so kind and accommodating to get us right in the next day. We got to the office and It was absolutely gorgeous and clean. The office staff was warm and comforting and put my friend at ease. My friend isn't a fan of going to the dentist so was really nervous. The doctor was very honest and gentle. My friend was really happy with his results and wishes this dentist was in Las Vegas area. I highly recommend this office and will be referring my Utah family to come be patients!
I have lived in the Heber Valley for the past three years and used to use a different dentist until I found them!

My son and I have been going to Dr. Mark for almost two years. In addition to our regular cleanings, my son has had teeth pulled, fillings, and sealants. I've had fillings and just had a crown completed, not the funnest thing ever but my new tooth looks perfect and the process went as well as possible. Through all of our experiences the staff at Heber City Dental has been welcoming, kind, and open. They are so good with my son and have an awesome drawer full of toys for him to pick from after his visits. Also, the office is brand new, sparkling clean and very comfortable.
This dentist cracked my wifes tooth and badly bruised her face placing the temporary crown that resulted from it. When my wife opted for another dentist to place the permanent crown after being injured, this office billed my insurance for the procedure anyway! After my insurance investigated him and refused payment he put a judgement against me which I learned about only after I tried to refinance my house. This was while I had to take a demotion to work at home to take care of my 5 children since my wife had back surgery and could not take care of them on her own. I refinanced to help lower my bills to get thru the pay cut. I wrote the dentist explaining the hardship asking to settle. Instead he asked for all interest on the fake debt to the tune of $2,800 and asked for a garnishment on my wages. I paid it to complete my refinance and intend to get an attorney to recoup the loss. Avoid this life pain. Avoid this dentist.
Edit: You did bill for work not done, actually. Another dentist completed the work and you billed my insurance for the exact same procedure, crown and placement. Prince dental provided x-rays to my insurance for the fraud investigation you lost. They also learned you called in pretending to be me to find out who did the work. Can I expect a refund now?
This dentist billed me for work he did not do, and garnished my husbands wages while his income was reduced thru COVID. When I disputed it with my insurance and they agreed he did not do the work because another dentist did. This dentist lied and stole.
