We went on a Tuesday about 4pm. Not too many so that was nice. Our favorite coffee was sold out but we could see a pallet of it stored on the very top rack. The nicest employee ever got the pallet down for us in a matter of minutes. We thanked that young man for his prompt service.
Lines are rarely long. Good social distancing policies. Plenty of items always in stock
This was a great experience today. I knew what I needed and everything was well organized and easy to find. The girl that checked me out was exceptionally nice. She offered me the upgrade to my card (which I didn't accept), and she went out of her way to find a box to put my hot rotisserie chicken into.
Today's Journey to the Sam's Club was to CVG eye doctor to get a diabetic eye exam. The stats in the optical department is very nice and the eye doctor does a great job with eye exams and goes above and beyond and explaining things. But this club I really enjoy the care and treatment I received. That is the truth. Some of the news I get isn't what I want to hear for what I need to hear and that's what I'll keep me going back to see them in the future.
We were at our local Sam's Club today. We had our masks on as requested by the Wisconsin mandate of wearing masks and Sam's sign outside before you enter the store. Most people were wearing masks but I did see three or four people without masks in the time we were there. I wanted to say something to them but I figured it was up to Sam's to hold their customers responsible for wearing masks. I do not appreciate Sam's just ignoring their own rules, and putting us at risk. The people I saw were in the open produce area touching the merchandise. I will stop shopping at Sam's because I don't feel safe there and go to Costco who does enforce their rules Come on Sam's get with the program!!
