The Jewelry Center should be renamed, The Problem Solvers! Linda is customer focus, listens to her customer's needs and provides a solution to ANY request. You are patient and consistently go above and beyond to deliver the best customer experience. For this reason alone, you have earned a loyal customer! I know my mom will love her ring. Thank you to all the staff at The Jewelry Center for making this a VERY special event for my mom . You guys rock!

Kathy was delightful to work with. She has a great sense of customer service. I went in specifically for some watch battery replacements and ended up buying a gift for Christmas. I will go back for sure in the future. The entire staff seemed to be In a spirited mood, and that is important to me.nnTA

This is the best jewelry store I have ever been to and the only one I continue to go back to...the employees here are phenomenal as far as being so pleasant, helpful, and courteous! Always feel good when I leave even if I don't purchase anything. And there inventory is beautiful with very unique pieces!! They are especially nice even when all I need is a ring cleaned for me.

The Ladies of the Jewelry Center are amazing!! This hidden”gem” in Brookfield should be a definite go to for all your jewelry needs. Whether buying, selling, repairing or browsing you’re in for a shining time!! Kathryn, Linda and Cathy are so accommodating, creative, and fun! They had taken a cherished out dated ring from my Mother a turned it into a beautiful, timeless piece I’ll be happy to hand down.nStop in soon!!

These ladies are wonderful! Always happy to see ya! I came in to have a custom wedding band made with an already existing ring (my fiancé's grandfathers wedding band). They worked their magic and created a beautiful ring. I am so happy that they were able to restore the original ring as well! Thank you so much for helping me Kathy!
