This is my favorite best buy store due to the helpful and courteous staff. The greeter John was super helpful when I came through the door with many items in my hands immediately coming to me and offering assistance. Prices as still reasonable in this day in age if you're a member, which is easy to set up, and the staff is knowledgeable for their departments which meant I was able to get the correct speaker upgrade for my current system. Good job

Brought my speakers in for repair. Geeksquad authorizes replacement BIT THERE IS NO REPLACEMENT AVAILABLE.nThis would not really be an issue because I could buy replacement at other retailers that had what I wanted but Best Buy only gave me store credit.nWhat a joke. IF YOU CANNOT FIX IT OR REPLACE IT. DO NOT KEEP MY MONEY HOSTAGE. It took almost two months before they had stock of comparable product..
Why is it when you go into a store and don't need help, folks are always available. But, when you do, they can't be bothered? During my visit, today, employee Chris was basically running away. I think I'm just a better online shopper ...
