Amazing service on a busy Saturday. Deion was very helpful getting my mom switched from Verizon. He was extremely through explaining the deals and terms. We had such a hassle with Verizon letting go of her number but he stayed patient and we had some great chat while we waited for Verizon to do their side. Highly recommend this location. Thanks!!
Stellar customer service! Kahari and Jeremy were outstanding. Polite, helpful and patient. With humor they went through the process of upgrading and the restoring info (from the old phone!). The website and the sales orders from the Philippines had not functioned/ gone through properly - but these two reps. took care of it. I highly recommend them! Thank you!
