Grand Appliance and TV

I have been shopping for months waiting for a good sale and within my budget and at the right time for me to find a wash machine. I searched the web and checked out different machines and comments from various purchasers. Also visited various stores to do some comparisons on machines and pricing. Made a phone call to the Grand, talked to Jeff and decided to meet up with him to check out the machines that I may be interested in the following day. Jeff was patient, listened and explained everything that I needed to know. I am happy to tell you that I finally found the machine that I wanted and at a good price. Can't wait for it to arrive and a big Thank you to the Grand and a special Thank you to Jeff for your patience and all your help. I am so glad that I waited and I will definitely be back, if need be, for further purchases.

It was the last day of the local Labor Day sales, and we needed a fridge ASAP... Earlier that afternoon, our repairman from Lake Country Home Services had told us that our old fridge wasn’t fixable. He recommended going to Grand Appliance, which we did. The Brookfield location was open late, which was very convenient for us. When I called, I spoke with Jeff Voyer, who answered all of my questions about the specific LG fridge we were interested in purchasing. He even measured the shelves for me (because those measurements weren’t on the spec sheet). He discussed different fridge options with us as well, when we were at the store later that night. He didn’t try to push us into buying something that was more expensive but that we didn’t need... and again, he cheerfully answered our many questions. He somehow found a fridge for us that could be delivered the following Monday, which is amazing considering the dearth of appliances available due to Covid-19-related backorders and the tremendously high demand of new construction. He gave us a great deal on a high-quality fridge. Grand Appliance has a great 5-year warranty, which gives us peace of mind about our new fridge as well. Definitely coming back! (The next day - as is, at this point, almost comically-typical of 2020 - our stove unfortunately started making funny noises... and our dishwasher didn’t close...so it might be sooner than I’d expected!). We appreciate all of Jeff’s time and expertise.

Great phone support by Scott made it very easy to get 2 appliances ordered and scheduled for delivery. Scott sent me sales receipt and rebate information immediately. As easy as it gets to order something in 5 minutes without even going into the store.

We shopped a few appliance stores when remodeling our kitchen, and our visit to Grand Appliance in Brookfield, where we were fortunate enough to be helped by Jeff, was exactly what we were looking for. Jeff was very straight forward and honest. He didn't oversell anything and my wife and I felt very comfortable dealing with him and his recommendations on products. He followed through on his promises and has always been responsive to our needs. There was no question then calling him 8-9 months later when we needed a new washer and dryer. One quick call to get his recommendation and put our order in. Extremely satisfied with his service as well as the entire Grand Appliance team.
