After several appointments over several months and many adjustments, I'm definitely sleeping a little bit better. My snoring is reduced but not gone. I feel better in the morning but not fully rested after 8 hours. So I'm happy to have my oral device, but for the very high price, even after insurance, I'm not sure I would do it again, as I paid about $2K out of pocket. I was happy that the team kept seeing me (for no additional charge) until everything was as good as it could be - I did their home sleep study twice with my device to see how I was sleeping. But I was disappointed that during all of my follow-up visits to try to make things right, I saw Dr. Connor for a total of about 2 minutes. I would mostly just see the nurses who would leave the room and ask Dr. Connor questions, then come back and talk more with me. It was awkward because I paid so much money and I was appreciating the follow-up appts, but can I see the doctor please?? And when I finally did see her, it was pretty clear that she had no idea who I was and had no knowledge of all the times I had been there trying to get this thing right. It was also hard to get in because their hours fluctuate and for some reason they're not there on Fridays. ?? So I'm sleeping better now which is great, but the process was not very personal for me and there wasn't a great sense of empathy or concern that after paying so much, my sleep studies were not showing a whole lot of progress.

The staff and Doctor were very friendly. They explained everything completely. Insurance, what I needed to do to facilitate the outcome and provided me with all the written information I needed. They could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Great first visit.
