It was a pleasure shopping here this past Thursday with my sister. The sales were GREAT!nI returned a coat and was able to find another in the correct size. The price had gone up over 30.00 but Brad was able to honor my original price after calling customer service.nVery nice sales associates.nVery clean and Covid precautions taken. Will definitely return.nPlease keep the Tall sizes. I need that extra length.nTHANK YOU LANDS END FOR QUALITY AT AFFORDABLE PRICES!!

Love the Tercel shaping turtle necks. Zip neck fleece tops are just right for layering. Men's no-iron shirt plaids are also nice.

My wife had a couple of gift cards that she was wanting to apply towards a purchase and it took several minutes for the cashier to complete the transaction. Once one card was used she wanted to apply another one but the cashier, along with another employee, scolded her and said that she needed to tell them before hand that she had multiple cards because they had already selected the credit card option for payment. Cashiers should be trained to ask questions regarding payment and not assume that someone only has one card and that they will be using a credit card to cover the remaining balance. Additional training should be conducted as this one was not the first time a simple transaction took longer than needed. In the end we were able to use all three cards that we had but the overall experience was negative.

Lands End has good quality Men's shirts and casual pants. Good swimwear, sandals and beach towels. Casual choices of clothing for women. Maje sure you check your product out sone items are returned or flawed and sold at a discounted price.
