Usually pretty decent experience. Today's visit had a brand new employee (3wks max) alone in store. She was definitely slow and nervous...but, gave her benefit of the doubt
I shop DXL when I need xl sleeve lengths, size 15m shoes and socks. Always am satisfied in stock or ordering. This trip was no exception.
Not bad of a lace to shop. Wish they could be MORE NEAT in their displays. Covid is not a reason to have a messy store. Sales lady was just ok. Shoes need better inventory to be a big and tall and not have the sizes why come and be told my entire order was ordered at the store and if it doesn't fit....back to the store..oh well.
I found some great deals and Lucy the salesperson was very helpful. She searched the store looking for items for me.
