Was a terrible experience with a particularly cranky employee. From curbside pickup being extremely rude for no reason and then I had to deal with her when I went in to return a couple things. She told me to wear a mask, again very rudely, and when I said I would not, she said she wouldn't serve me. Karma I guess, because the person who took her place had no idea what she was doing so she had to help her anyways. Before I left I had to say something about how rudely I was spoken to and made to feel. I told her that if she expected customers to wear a mask she should make sure that the employees are following the same rules. The woman who helped me was wearing it incorrectly. Everyone just needs to be kind, and considerate of other people, and this person was particularly unkind and I would never go back to that store again.

My husband and I are expecting our first baby, and walking into the store was very overwhelming! Dee was there to help us through it all - she was very knowledgeable & a pleasure to work with! She made a very overwhelming experience enjoyable!

Staff so rude and unprofessional. One of the staff (old lady) tried to take a box off my baby’s hand and scared her without telling me.

They closed the store lights 30 minutes before closing. I felt unwelcome and that was not comfortable at all. They did not bother them self to notify shoppers instead of closing the light.

I had a weird thing happen with a carseat that I had bought six months ago. The straps had started tearing and nothing out of the ordinary had happened to it. I called the customer service line and they sent in a replacement order and told me I could return the carseat to the store and then they would ship another seat to me. The manager was unable to get me a new carseat because replacement orders do not go into their system like regular orders (totally understandable) and this kind of situation normally has to go through the manufacturer, not Buy Buy Baby. I was going to be without a carseat for at least a week because the customer service representative put in the incorrect shipping address. The managers that helped me (I believe their names were Luke and Kevin) helped me come up with a solution to make sure I had a carseat in the meantime and helped me find a seat with the features I needed. They genuinely cared about helping me and their customer service was AMAZING! I was SO impressed. I will definitely be returning to this Buy Buy Baby.
