I drove 45 minutes for them to tell me that I couldn’t try anything on. They probably should have mentioned that on the phone or right when I got there. Instead, no one said “hi.” The sales guy started the conversation with: “so I have a question for you.”nnPretty terrible service, and I heard after the fact that they are not surprisingly going out of business.

DO NOT USE DUBOIS FOR ANYTHING! We used them for our wedding the suits were fine except they only had two shades of grey and in different styles so really only one color per style. However the MAIN REASON I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE DUBOIS BROOKFIELD FOR ANYTHING IS THE FACT THEY STOLE FROM US! A pearl bracelet was left inside the pocket of one of the suits. We looked everywhere for it couldn’t find it. I never called Dubois because I figured if they found it they would call so I could go get the bracelet. I called them 6 weeks later to get my measurements for a different wedding and during the phone call I asked if they had found a bracelet they said they actually had found my bracelet NEVER CALLED but they said they put it in the envelope with their thank you card they send after the wedding. The bracelet was not in the envelope. They never called us when they found the bracelet because one of those employees took it. Do yourself a favor and go to Men’s Warehouse or Jos A Bank. Never us Dubois Brookfield for anything!

Wendy was phenomenal to work with. She put up with our demands, requests and personalities (which is a challenge in itself). Last minute changes where made and she worked with us on what we needed. Awesome quality of the suits. My groomsmen and I were very comfortable and yeah, we looked awesome! If you are getting married, go with them.

Excellent service. Friendly staff isn't pushy and always answers any questions you may have when renting. Everything fit and my groomsmen had all their alterations done in a timely manner. Cost is reasonable and the suits have high quality.
