I’ve had pleasant experiences each time I’ve shopped here. Fantastic prices, name brands, and good quality. I always leave with a lot. Staff is often busy, but it’s a small business, so I understand that. I’d much rather give my money to a family business that’s local than a big- box store. They will have my return business.

I love shopping here for my 3 kids, ages 3, 6, and 9. I always leave with large quantities of items for the entire season. It saves me a ton of money- I cannot imagine paying full price when the kids grow so fast. Even my very picky 9 year old finds plenty to fit her style. Lucky to have this store close by!

Once Upon A Child is an amazing store!! It has adorable clothes for great price. Not to mention, that it is extremely well run with an amazing staff and owner. It is a great place to sell and buy children’s clothes.

Wonderful store! The staff are considerate and will answer all the questions you have! They have a great selection of gently used toys, clothes, and shoes all at great prices! I will continue to shop here for my little brother as he grows!

The worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Very unprofessional and discriminatory towards non Caucasian patrons. Tried to sell my son’s gently used items. Told I couldn’t bring them in the basket I had which was a laundry basket and it stated on their website that you could bring items in a bin or basket. One employee completely ignored me as I was talking and the owner was very rude to me when I called for verification regarding their policy. I called another resell shop not far and got great service for my items. I will never go to Once Upon A Child again. They discriminate and treat minorities with no respect.
