On May 30, I went to the Walgreens at Ruby Isle. Not every worker was wearing a mask, which upset me. I will take my business to places that value the safety and health of workers and customers, even though this Walgreens in closest to my house. I also noted that a small percentage of customers wore masks, which isn't surprising since they are not seeing the staff wear them.
As of June 2020, management and most staff do not wear masks. Complete health risk considering most of the customers there are elderly. Do not go here if you want to be safe during this pandemic.
Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable staff. They take time to help, give advice and work quickly to contact doctors. Even though we moved I would not even consider going to a store closer. They take time to know you, they can better serve you. Friendly, caring and professional. The staff really goes the extra and makes the difference!
I went here almost every week in the evening when I lived close by. Steven G. at the pharmacy is excellent. He goes the extra mile to make sure you are well taken care of.
The store itself is just like every other Walgreens in the country, but the workers here make a difference. One in particular stands out. Linda makes my day better every time I stop in. She takes the time to actually get to know customers and gives this location more of a neighborhood corner store feel. I hope her phenomenal customer service skills are recognized by others.
