These guys saved us from being stranded 700 miles from home. We were able to pull in right before they were closing shop and they kindly helped us fix a flat tire on our rental. Thank you Walmart Auto Dept.!
Girls were rude when I called. I'm from out of town and was looking for a tire to replace my flat and they didn't want anything to deal with my situation when I called.
The employees were great, very helpful and apologetic. Now for the meat! I ordered 4 tires online, they were supposed to be delivered to the store on Monday, they weren't, they weren't delivered today, Tuesday, either. No call, no update, no nothing, no one had a clue as to where they were or when theyd be delivered! What a poor system! They have the same problem at Sam's club, where I constantly hear, "it's on order, but I cant tell you when we'll get it! Try back next week!" Walmart is slipping and apparently has gotten too big to know what's going on in the supply chain. What a shame!
when you have an appointment for tire installment and dont even have the courtesy to call you to cancel because the staff is “covid testing” poor service.
Price good. Always a wait. Understaffed. They play a price game. No warranty unless you pay. They forgot to replace a hubcap. I do recognize it's hard work with talent needed and I thank them for that. The staff is nice and trys real hard. It's all about price.
