Absolutely stay away from this insurance brokerage. TERRIBLE customer service. They don't call you back, with answers to your questions. They'll absolutely don't advocate or support you, during a stressful time with claims. Our family does want to support local business, just not this one. Move on, find something better. If you choose R&R You'll be so very frustrated.

If you wznt want to have a agent that is not only very knowledgeable but also cares about the insurer's outcome then ask forJerry Ahmen . He doesn't miss a beat and will work after hours , weekends whatever he needs to do to help you. I'm come from a family in this business but I highly recommend Jerry.

Terrible customer service and communication. People need insurance in times of stress... this company has stressed me out more! If you say you will update and send something.. do it! Very frustrated......
