We could not have had a better experience. Karlee went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us get the very best deals and phones for myself and my family. She helped through several different issues that occurred while changing from Sprint, and stayed past closing hours to make sure everything was working. Tim helped us the next day to port in a few more lines, and was AMAZING AS WELL. So helpful and so friendly. For me, customer service is so important. Karlee and Tim made this an amazing experience, and encouraged us to come back with any and all questions. GREAT JOB ALL!

Stopped in to the Verizon store in West Bend on Paradise drive to purchase a new phone and was once again so impressed with the customer service I was given. I have been coming into this store since it opened in 2007, and I would never go anywhere else to purchase a phone.nMany thanks to Tim, Jarvey & Karlee!

Very nice showroom, friendly helpful staff actually stayed open until 8pm (left fond du lac verizon that closed at 5 to go to this one for purchase)
