I was there for around an hour for a consultation for a surgery. During this time, the receptionists weren't wearing their masks, even when talking with patients, and the dental assistant was wearing hers under her nose. When I spoke to Dr. Schmidt about this later (requesting a refund for the consultation due to this negligence), he only gave excuses about how their profession was at the forefront, and how they're only human and need to take breaks to breathe. This is all fine and dandy, and if someone needed a moment, I wouldn't be having such an issue--but this wasn't ten minutes to have a break from their mask, it was the whole hour and then some that I was there. If retail workers are required to wear their masks their whole shift, why can't these medical professionals who work in an environment where there is a higher level of concern? For a dental office that at least must know enough to require masks from patients coming in, they clearly display a gross amount of carelessness when it comes to COVID-19.

My mom who's 85 now had 4-6 extractions done here over a 6-8 month period. She needed dentures top and bottom. Dr. Schmidt did I think all but one procedure including the required bottom pin placements. I don't know what others expect, but we had reasonable cost and scheduling plus a cash discount. The staff and doctor(s) were great, even though there's nothing great about getting teeth pulled. Sending my daughter for wisdom teeth in the next day or two.

Dr. Schmidt and his assistant Jill were very professional and caring and made sure I had no questions regarding my son's procedure and took good care of him during and after his appt. today.

I had some teeth pulled today and I was pretty anxious beforehand, as I have had some bad experiences with a few other dentists in the past. Dr. Brotkowski and his staff did an absolutely fantastic job of taking time to listen to the concerns I had, making me calm and comfortable, and made sure I felt no pain as he removed some very stubborn teeth. I couldn't be happier with Dr. Brotkowski and the rest of the staff and I will 100% recommend them to anyone I know.
