We'll, it's Walmart.
App order for an item in the store was a cluster... After I paid for it, then I find out I need to wait for an invitation to pick the item up. I was passing the store in 30 min. I went inside to get the item. At the service desk I was told it actually wasn't in stock. As I'm walking to the department, I get an email telling me the order was cancelled. When I get to the glass case in automotive, there I see it, as the girl that canceled the order is helping me. I ordered on the app because it was almost 20% cheaper than on the shelf. Customer service matched three price. We do online orders for groceries all the time. This process was just the opposite as far as offering any convenience.
