I just finished 2 months of PT with the ATI West Bend team after having a total hip replacement at the age of 43. I have had PT many times over the past 30 years. My review is 5 stars because Elizabeth and everyone there went way above and beyond my expectations. Seriously, they CARE about you. That is rare! Elizabeth taught me so much and really made sure things were healing correctly. I can't say enough great words about everyone there! Basically, if you're reading this and trying to decide where to go for your PT, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND choosing ATI West Bend! Your choice will effect the quality of the rest of your life.

I enjoy going there out of all the places I have been to. They make me feel comfortable and like family. They concentrate on making me feel better from the pain I am experiencing. They take time to review the cases and the best way to handle each individual case. They share information and answer my questions. I love it there.

I put off getting help for over 1.5 years. It only took 1 visit to get significant relief and after only 4 weeks I'm being released. Their medical expertise is only second to their caring demeanor, from the therapists to the receptionist. They are the only medical professionals who acknowledged and fixed my symptoms. They work with your lifestyle and challenge, but don't make you feel guilty. My only regret of this taking only 4 weeks is going to be that I won't see them every week.

Elizabeth, Jessie and Sharon are a great team to work with at ATI. Elizabeth helped me understand why I was doing the activities and how it was helping me. Jessie pushed me to do more and get stronger. Sharon is very knowledgeable as well and helps out wherever needed while running the front desk. These ladies made therapy easy to do and continue to do at home. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

ATI was nothing but a positive experience for me! Elizabeth, Jessie and Sharon run the place. Elizabeth especially with her doctorate in this field is so great to work with! Always friendly and willing to go the extra mile as long as you are. Very nice equipment. VERY clean and a nice atmosphere. Don't know what more I can say other than that I'm sure you will have nothing but a positive experience if you are in the position I was in needing physical therapy.
